Important guidelines for ad accounts, payment, refunds, and account security

Minimum Daily Budget for customers using 1 account
  • We accept a minimum daily budget of $100.
  • The daily budget for testing campaigns can be less than $100 (minimum $50) for a maximum of 5 days from the date of granting the ad account (unless the customer informs us in advance about the time of setting up their campaign before we grant the account).
  • If after 5 days the daily budget is still less than $100, or within 2 days the customer does not set up a campaign or does not set up a test campaign of at least $50, we will revoke the account.
Minimum Daily Budget for customers using 2 account
  • We accept a minimum daily budget of $200/account.
  • The daily budget for testing campaigns can be less than $200/account (minimum $100/account) within a maximum of 5 days from the date of granting the ad account (unless the customer informs us in advance about the time of setting up their campaign before we grant the account).
  • If after 5 days the daily budget is still less than $200, or within 2 days the customer does not set up a campaign or does not set up a test campaign of at least $100, we will revoke the account.
Deposit Time
  • From 10:00 – 12:00 (GMT +7)
  • From 13:30 – 17:30 (GMT +7)
  • From 21:00 – 23:00 (GMT +7)
  • Outside the above time frame, we will still be flexible with depositing money, but it will be slower than usual.
  • Deposit time is about 5–20 minutes after the customer sends the bill (in the above time frame) and our accounting department confirms that the money has been received.
  • For BTC, the exchange rate will be applied at the time we make the deposit to ads account.
Account Insurance Time
  • We will issue an account within 24 hours of receiving the customer’s money.
  • The specific time depends on the time of receiving the money (due to time zone differences) and may change depending on the actual situation of Facebook and the company.
Refund Policy
  • Regarding refunds, we will refund 24 hours after the customer turns off the campaign and the ad account enters a new day, so that Facebook stops distributing the campaign and then we have accurate data to refund.
  • Only refund the remaining amount loaded into the ad account, not refunding service fees and other fees (if any) previously calculated.
  • Refund 100% of the budget and service fees (excluding mail and page purchase fees) in cases where the customer has not created an ad campaign or we cannot provide an ad account (includes cases where the account dies before launching a campaign or dies immediately after launching a campaign without spending).
Fanpage
  • Please backup the page to your personal Facebook profile within 24 hours of us selling it. Because the page will be lost if the profile is permanently locked or scanned by Facebook.
  • We will not be responsible if the page is lost after providing it and the customer does not backup it to their own profile for safekeeping.
Email
  • Please change your password and recover your email immediately after we provide it.
  • We will not be responsible for the account after providing it without the customer changing the security.
